This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with strong executive and physician partnership opportunities—perfect for a dynamic finance leader looking to make a lasting mark in the healthcare industry. Why This Role Stands Out: • Major Scale & Influence: You’ll be at the center of financial operations for a major physician group with a wide multisite footprint. • Strategic Focus: This isn’t ASC or clinic-based finance. It’s about driving the strategy behind large-scale physician practice operations—80–90% of which are focused on outpatient care delivery. • Growth Platform: This group has recently joined a much larger national healthcare platform, creating both complexity and opportunity for a finance leader who thrives on integration and scale. What You’ll Do: • Lead all financial functions across a growing, high-performing physician group. • Manage integration into a broader national platform—budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics. • Oversee a team including multiple regional finance leaders and an FP&A/Analytics unit. • Collaborate closely with executive and physician leaders to drive financial strategy. • Own and operate the full P&L across an expansive multisite practice network. What We’re Looking For: • A seasoned finance executive with experience in physician practice finance —ideally someone who has supported multi-location physician groups, health systems, or PE-backed platforms. • A deep understanding of physician comp models , M&A integration , and strategic finance . • Executive presence with polished, confident communication—comfortable influencing both physicians and C-suite stakeholders. • A consultative problem-solver with a track record of building trust and driving results. • Someone looking for long-term impact—not just chasing the next PE wave. Preferred Background: • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or CPA strongly preferred. • Experience with systems such as SAGE Intacct, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, and EMR platforms is a plus.
