Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 10+ years of experience; 5-9 years of supervisory experience Extensive experience with the implementation and management of EHRs and other enterprise applications. Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation projects and introducing technology innovations that drive business value. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key software and service vendors to support enterprise systems. Knowledge of healthcare operations.
