Overall Digital Strategy Management – Alignment with Oversight of the Digital Team, External & Internal Digital Client Relations (ownerships, VG operations team, & VG support departments), Training & Mentorship, Budgeting & Financial Collaboration, Vendor Relations, Digital Performance Analysis, and Brainstorming New Products/Services for GREENWORKS Studio. Reports to SVP GWS. Direct Reports include Digital Marketing Manager, Reputation Manager, Website Manager, and any new hire growth positions.
Job Description
Develop digital marketing analysis for individual properties, regional campaign initiatives, and recruiting efforts, including Financial Estimates, Repositioning Strategies, Lease-Up Strategies, and Presentation Materials.
Develop digital marketing financial estimates related to analysis provided and/or generated.
Attend Transition and Disposition calls to maintain current Transition and Disposition Boards in Project Management Software (Monday.com) for team alignment and management.
Maintain Media Plan Dashboard for team coordination.
Manage Social Media Content Management Service.
Assist in naming proposals collaboratively with internal team members.
Establish team KPIs and ensure digital channels meet or exceed all financial and engagement targets. Collaborate with Digital and Business Analytics teams to automate reporting and improve digital reporting delivery to clients.
Gain understanding of customer needs through competitive landscape analysis, audits, A/B testing, and usage/success analysis; adjust strategies as needed.
Evaluate and implement new tools and programs to improve workflows, overseeing tools like Monday.com and PandaDoc.
Review current outside vendors, ensure optimal partnerships, and negotiate advertising rates and contracts annually.
Assist in preparing the annual GWS budget alongside SVP and Senior Director of Operations, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
Build and manage the digital marketing team, setting clear goals and roles, and conducting regular meetings and check-ins.
Attend in-person meetings in Detroit periodically to collaborate and brainstorm.
Interface with outside clients and RSMDs to convey GREENWORKS Studio services, matching offerings to client assets during RFP processes and ongoing projects.
Coordinate with IT/Digital Team & Operations Support on analytics, dashboards, and transitions, scheduling regular meetings to ensure alignment.
Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, networking, and participation in professional societies.
Track vendor and client invoices with the accounting team.
Manage multiple projects proactively, coordinate internally to maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment across GREENWORKS Studio.
Conduct weekly team meetings.
Qualifications
- Ability to develop strategic and operational objectives supporting department infrastructure.
- Minimum of 3+ years managerial experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 suite.
- Collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills.
