Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of project management experience overseeing complex projects. 10+ years of leadership experience managing large in-house teams and optimizing workflows. Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills. Team-oriented with attention to detail and willingness to be hands-on.
