The Senior Director, Branch Real Estate & Portfolio Transformation plays a critical role in advancing the firm's aspirational business objectives by leading with an experience-first mindset.
This executive will oversee a high-performing team of real estate professionals, driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives that reshape the firm's physical footprint across North America.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, effective management of outsourced service partnerships, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. The Senior Director will foster a culture of innovation, growth, and operational excellence-delivering exceptional outcomes that support the firm's long-term vision.
What you'll do:
Lead transformative design and construction initiatives across a real estate portfolio of over 15,000 units, reimagining one of North America's most complex corporate real estate footprints.
Champion best-in-class design and construction standards to elevate operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and deliver high-impact outcomes.
Oversee strategic capital planning and stewardship of a $600M+ annual investment, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and innovation in the built environment.
Drive process efficiency and effectiveness through data-informed decision-making and industry best practices.
Manage outsourced service providers and contractors, establishing KPIs and accountability measures to ensure quality outcomes.
Partner with business unit leaders to align real estate initiatives with evolving operational needs and strategic priorities.
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to align priorities and influence strategic decisions.
Monitor industry trends and apply insights to evolve real estate strategy and execution.
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage.
