What you'll do... Lead Brand Strategy & Design : Oversee a portfolio of internal design teams and initiatives that align with strategic business unit (SBU) goals. Ensure brand DNA, trends, aesthetic, quality, and value meet member needs and support market leadership.
Deliver Brand Experience Across Channels : Drive world-class exclusive brand experiences across physical and digital channels, enhancing member satisfaction, conversion, and sales.
Execute Brand Vision : Set macro trend direction (color, print, material) and oversee brand identity execution. Translate design vision into product using appropriate materials and supplier partnerships.
Manage Product Development & Quality : Oversee supplier matrix, direct imports, and factory relationships. Ensure quality assurance, packaging compliance, and product specifications meet brand and legal standards.
Drive Differentiation and Competitive Advantage : Analyze the competitive landscape and develop strategies to increase market share and member loyalty through innovative brand experiences.
Implement Pricing Strategies : Use pricing analytics to support ROI-driven strategies that reinforce the company’s price leadership.
Collaborate Across Leadership : Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Replenishment, and Marketing to align brand collections with broader business strategies.
Develop Transformative Talent : In partnership with People Partners, build a future-ready talent strategy that fosters associate development and a high-performance culture.
Champion Business Strategy Execution : Analyze business objectives and member needs to implement effective strategies, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement.
Foster Integrity and Ethics : Promote a culture of integrity by embedding ethical standards into all programs and practices.
Engage in Community and Partnerships : Lead community outreach initiatives and support associate involvement to maximize business impact.
What you'll bring Extensive leadership experience in brand strategy, design, or merchandising.
Strong understanding of consumer trends, member shopping behaviors, and omni-channel retail.
Proven ability to manage large-scale brand portfolios and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in supplier management , direct imports, and quality assurance.
Strategic mindset with experience in pricing, competitive analysis, and market positioning.
Collaborative leadership style with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00, with additional performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area. 6 years’ experience with cross-functional project management.
Preferred Qualifications Corporate leadership experience in an Apparel Retail environment, Business Administration, Merchandising, Sourcing, or relevant field. Masters degree in Liberal Arts or relevant field. Experience in online retail specializing in apparel.
