The Senior Director, Strategic Philanthropy & Institutional Partnerships will be responsible for: Leading fundraising efforts to secure major and principal gifts from institutional funders. Managing a portfolio of top funders and developing cultivation and stewardship strategies. Setting strategic priorities for corporate and foundation relations to grow and diversify revenue. Collaborating with hospital leadership, clinical teams, and administrative staff to align fundraising with institutional goals. Overseeing corporate partner committees to enhance engagement and advocacy. Driving the implementation of philanthropic practices at newly integrated hospital sites. Participating in strategic planning with the VP & Chief Development Officer and other executive leaders. Mentoring and coaching a team of 10+ fundraising professionals. Creating a collaborative and aligned fundraising model across departments. Ensuring compliance with legal and financial policies in partnership with internal stakeholders . The Senior Director should have the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 12+ years of progressive fundraising experience in large, complex organizations. 10+ years in leadership roles with a focus on revenue generation and operational excellence. Proven success in institutional fundraising, donor stewardship, and strategic planning. Experience in healthcare or social impact sectors strongly preferred. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills. Strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
