Senior Director II - Supply Chain Operations (Water & Tea)

Position Overview This position serves as the strategic partner and central point of contact for the Water & Tea categories regarding all Supply Chain initiatives, from inception through commercialization to market launch and post-launch. The role manages resources to ensure the Supply Chain function supports category objectives flawlessly. It is accountable for supply chain results within the Water & Tea categories and plays a key role on the Supply Chain Operations team. The incumbent will set and exceed performance goals to deliver excellent results, manage multiple priorities, and understand how their efforts impact the larger organization. They must demonstrate confidence, organizational awareness, and adaptability in leadership style depending on the situation. Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities Act as the key liaison between functional entities (e.g., Category Lead(s), Planning & Forecasting, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, vendors, external partners) to exchange technical and process information, business needs, and forecasts to drive supply chain results and market innovations. Communicate supply chain developments (new products, services, vendor considerations) to category leadership and partners to influence strategies. Lead management reviews with a focus on innovation and business acceleration. Develop and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders to influence decision-making and serve as a senior leader within the category leadership team. Set clear objectives for project team members, translate strategy into actionable plans, and assign responsibilities to ensure rapid progress and excellent results. Evaluate problems, generate solutions, and make decisions aligned with business needs, ensuring flexibility across supply chain communities. Oversee the development and execution of annual commercial and innovation plans, recommending improvements, and participating in feasibility and risk assessments for new platform launches. Manage Long-Range Planning (LRP) for the Juice | Nutrition Operating Unit, focusing on strategic planning over 5-10 years, forecasting trends, and aligning organizational goals with future changes. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree required 10-15 years of related work experience Functional Skills Analyze operational and financial data to improve performance Create savings and performance reports using market data and intelligence Establish communication routines with stakeholders and teams Lead process improvement initiatives involving suppliers and cross-functional teams Pay Range: $181,000 - $221,000. Compensation varies based on location, knowledge, skills, and experience. Benefits include medical, financial, and others. The annual incentive target is 50% of base salary, reflecting performance at target.
