Position Summary: As the Sr. Director, Human Resources, you will be the strategic business partner for two dynamic business units. Your proven leadership will determine and successfully implement HR strategies that support our company's mission and values. Key Responsibilities: • Create and implement HR initiatives that support achievement of the strategic business objectives and foster inclusion and collaboration • Provide strategic HR mentorship, and coaching to senior leaders • Lead talent management processes and strategically plan and implement talent movement • Partner with business leaders to design and optimize workforce structures • Ensure businesses achieve financial goals through effective management of human capital investments Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field • 10+ years of progressive HR experience • Strong leadership, influence and communication skills • Proven ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and agility to change course when needed Role is 4 days onsite/1 day off. Based at San Jose or Sunnyvale sites
