As a Senior Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for our strategic and operational people strategy across the business with emphasis on hiring, retaining, and developing our talent to support our business objectives and growth strategy.

Responsibilities: Valued partner to the business leader(s) to create strategy, mitigate risks and drive results. Work collaboratively across all functions to ensure retention and development of critical talent. Collaborates with managers to build an effective recruitment strategy to develop a pipeline of talent. Functions as a consultant/coach to key leaders and their teams to build the culture within the organization. Provides consultative guidance to managers and employees on issues related to benchmark/ market compensation, organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, and or performance management. Oversees administration of human resources policies and programs, which may include recruitment and onboarding, organizational health and safety, training and career development, employee and labor relations, compensation and benefits planning. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA. Assists line managers in the application of HR programs to departmental operations. Answers employee/candidate questions about HR policies, benefits, payroll, etc. Ensures policies applied by each business unit, division, or profit center comply with policies and procedures as established by the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience. Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial & Labor Relations preferred. Must have familiarity with Private Equity and understand and appreciate the importance of sense of urgency. A solid ability to recruit in a high-volume, fast-moving manufacturing environment. Bias to action Ability to foster teamwork and build and maintain trust. Ability to build collaborative relationships and have customer/client service orientation. Must be detail oriented and have great Interpersonal skills. Must have exceptional communication skills; oral and written. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. PHR/SPHR Certification preferred but not required. Experience with managing budgets required. Ability to understand basic financial documents and analysis. Experience in plant/manufacturing environments required. Microsoft office 365 required.
