A Day in the Life Medtronic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our global Sales Enablement Digital and Technology organization. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving agile transformation across localized deployment teams, managing architecture teams, and aligning technology strategies with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the MedTech industry, inventory management tools, and the ability to inspire both business and technical teams toward successful execution of complex projects. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Serve as a visionary leader, driving agile transformation to optimize team performance and project execution globally. Establish and execute a digital and technology roadmap aligned with Medtronic's sales enablement goals. Lead critical prioritization discussions to guide business stakeholders toward focused priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Act as a trusted partner to business owners, fostering collaboration and alignment between technical and business teams. Team Management: Oversee localized deployment teams and ensure smooth execution of initiatives tailored to regional needs. Manage architecture teams, ensuring scalable and sustainable technology solutions. Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams, cultivating a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Technical Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of the MedTech industry and inventory management tools to inform strategic decisions. Ensure the integration and optimization of digital tools and technologies to enhance sales enablement efforts. Provide guidance on technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs and scalability. Qualifications Experience: Proven track record in leading large-scale digital and technology initiatives in the MedTech or related industries. Strong experience with agile transformation, localized deployment models, and inventory management systems. Demonstrated ability to manage architecture teams and deliver scalable technology solutions. Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with business owners and inspire teams across business and technical domains. Strong decision-making skills, particularly in high-stakes prioritization discussions. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Certifications in Agile methodologies or project management (e.g., SAFe, PMP). Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $206,400.00 - $309,600.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.
