Responsibilities
Lead finance technology platform strategy and roadmap, prioritizing critical finance data, enterprise catalog, and backlog management.
Design, enhance, and integrate core finance systems and tools in partnership with CTO and enterprise partners.
Advocate for simplified finance systems and automation, enabling real‑time decision‑making and improved user adoption.
Drive AI strategy and advanced analytics, integrating AI automation, scenario planning, and systems modernization across finance teams.
Operate finance technology as a product business, managing capacity, risks, and governance to deliver measurable benefits.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, CTO, HR, and digital transformation teams to align on architecture and security principles.
Manage a global team of finance technical experts, supporting data, solutions architecture, and platform support.
Qualifications
12+ years of progressive leadership in finance systems, digital transformation, or enterprise platforms.
Experience leading technology projects across complex organizations and managing diverse teams.
Proficiency with cloud ERP, EPM, BI, and AI platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, Python/ML/GenAI).
Strong product mindset, road‑mapping, and backlog prioritization skills.
Excellent communication and executive‑storytelling for finance and technology leaders.
Ability to simplify complex financial data landscapes and drive automation for enterprise decision‑making.
Compensation & Benefits California: $210,600 – $320,000 USD (location dependent). Compensation includes base salary, bonus, equity potential, and comprehensive benefits.
