Senior Director, Field Marketing

New Today

Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of global campaigns, turning product launches, events, and brand moments into revenue-driving programs. Translate company priorities into field-ready plays that Sales can execute regionally. Ensure campaigns are repurposed across channels (, a webinar becomes sales enablement, SEO content, social, and customer marketing). Manage field marketers across EMEA, APAC, and AMER, plus partnerships and customer marketing. Serve as a player-coach: directly running global campaigns while enabling your team to localize and scale them. Build clarity, purpose, and morale by defining goals, shared calendars, and team rocks/pebbles/sand. Partner with regional Sales leaders to co-develop field marketing plans that fuel pipeline. Build trust with Product Marketing and Channel Marketing to ensure campaigns are integrated across the funnel. Establish planning rituals (quarterly campaign themes, marketing calendars, cross-functional offsites). Elevate customer advocacy and community programs, ensuring customer voices are embedded into campaigns. Develop co-marketing motions with partners that drive pipeline and awareness in key markets. Define clear success metrics, anchored on SQLs and revenue. Provide visibility into campaign impact with regular reporting and insights. Optimize spend, shifting from external agency-heavy investment to more impactful in-house and program-driven efforts. Requirements & Qualifications
