Sr. Director, Naval Systems Engineering

Position Profile:

The Senior Director of Naval Systems Engineering is charged with the development and maintenance of Product Engineering for Marotta's Naval customer base. The Senior Director of Engineering focuses on the development of: Project Proposals, Project Plans, Engineering Resources (people, organization, systems and equipment) and develops and maintains internal (marketing, operations, finance, human resources, quality, etc.) and external relationships (consultants, vendors, customers, etc.), appropriate to technical and business aspects of the business. This role is responsible for: the development and maintenance of engineering and technical knowledge of products and services (past and existing), the development of new technology to support Marketing, Sales, Operations and Quality opportunities, and the use of engineering and technology to attain optimized reliability, quality, cost and time to market

This position is at our Parsippany, NJ corporate offices location.

Pay Range: $180K-$230K
