EPM Scientific are leading the search for a Senior Director of Dermatology in Global Medical Affairs to join their team in Boston, MA. This permanent opportunity will position you as a vital contributor, representing Global Medical Affairs while fostering strong relationships with key figures such as global and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic leaders, and patient advocacy groups.

Key Responsibilities Represent Global Medical Affairs (GMA) and act as the global medical leader for dermatology-related initiatives. Build and maintain strong connections with global and regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic leaders, and patient advocacy groups to facilitate scientific exchange and elevate advocacy efforts. Support training and capability-building programs to enhance the competencies of our client's team. Key Skills Dermatology Expertise: Deep understanding and experience in dermatology within medical affairs to drive impactful programs and initiatives. Strategic Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster strong relationships with global KOLs, academic leaders, and advocacy groups to advance strategic objectives. Medical Leadership: A history of leading medical initiatives at a global scale, ensuring an alignment with the broader organizational objectives. Training and Development: Passion for capability-building by designing and supporting training initiatives to empower teams.

Location

Boston, USA - 3 days per week onsite.
