This role will serve as a subject matter expert who develops and implements transformative operating models within client real estate operations, aligning enterprise objectives with optimized organizational structures and delivery frameworks.You'll drive cutting-edge organizational transformation initiatives, from developing advanced operating models to redesigning organizational structures to creating strategic frameworks that adapt to evolving business needs.
