Overview

Senior Director of Client Engagement at Epsilon. Lead large, multi-team efforts delivering MarTech and Data solutions for Healthcare enterprise clients, driving client outcomes and business growth through strong internal and external partnerships.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver contracted work consistently across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain cohesive, strategic client relationships; ensure client satisfaction and value realization.
  • Drive scalable, repeatable delivery processes with governance and quality measures to retain and expand client engagements.
  • Coordinate with sales, client services, and delivery teams throughout the client lifecycle; communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Translate client needs into achievable plans; manage expectations across internal and external teams and monitor overall client margins against contract objectives.
  • Foster talent development and provide timely performance feedback to direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Apply business and financial acumen to achieve measurable results for customer success and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead in a matrixed, geographically dispersed environment and drive knowledge sharing and lessons learned.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

  • Experience managing large client teams (50+ people).
  • Deep understanding of client industries and ability to apply offerings at a senior level.
  • Strong relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and influence/negotiation skills.
  • High acumen in service operations, contracting, and financials.
  • Experience leading long-term strategic client relationships and delivery of comprehensive MarTech and Data solutions; healthcare industry experience is a plus.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience with large team leadership; ability to drive results through collaboration and governance.
  • Knowledge of MarTech and Data ecosystems and related strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $152,000 - $168,000. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, location, and applicable laws. Salary ranges are subject to change.
