You’ll partner directly with our executive leadership team and department heads to make sure priorities are clear, timelines are grounded, and blockers get resolved quickly. This is a highly visible leadership role with real influence on how we operate and scale.
What You’ll Own Cross-Functional Process Ownership (40%)

Operational Excellence & Enablement (20%)

Roll out tools, templates, and rituals that improve decision-making, speed, and consistency
Own and evolve core SOPs and playbooks to help teams execute more effectively
Lead monthly retrospectives to embed learnings into future planning cycles
Monitor initiative health through operational metrics and analytics—surfacing what's on track, what's at risk, and what needs attention
Build a culture of operational rigor without bureaucracy
What Success Looks Like Teams operate against a clear, dependable calendar—knowing what’s coming, who’s involved, and how to prepare
Initiatives launch smoothly, with fewer surprises and tighter execution
Cross-functional collaboration feels seamless, not strained
The ELT has real-time visibility into priorities, progress, and pressure points
Teams use repeatable, trusted tools to plan and scale work without reinventing the wheel
We're looking for someone who brings 12–15+ years of experience in business operations, strategic execution, or program management—preferably in a high-growth, consumer-facing environment
A track record of building and scaling operating rhythms, cross-functional processes, and initiative delivery frameworks
Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence across levels and functions
Excellent organizational skills and a calm, clear approach to ambiguity and change

Why are you being asked to complete this form?
We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
