Full-time role focused on the strategy, execution, and oversight of enterprise-wide applications and IT projects. Reports to the Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Ensures ERP, CRM, and internal platforms are optimized for performance, reliability, and business alignment. Manages the full lifecycle of application administration, design, configuration, governance, and continuous improvement. Establishes project delivery standards, mentors IT team members, and supports business units with scalable technology solutions.

The Impact You Will Make
You will lead the strategy, execution, and oversight of enterprise-wide applications and IT projects. You will ensure systems such as ERP, CRM, and internal platforms are optimized for performance, reliability, and business alignment. You will manage the full lifecycle of application administration, from design and configuration to governance and continuous improvement. You will establish project delivery standards, mentor IT team members, and support business units with scalable technology solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the administration of enterprise applications (ERP, CMS, CRM, custom/internal systems), ensuring reliability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects with a strong drive to completion, accountability for deadlines, and consistent delivery of value.
Serve as a hands-on leader in the design, configuration, and optimization of application solutions in accordance with ITIL standards and industry best practices.
Promote and implement operational excellence across all aspects of application administration and project execution.
Mentor and grow junior team members in project management, application administration, and business analysis.
Collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
Champion clear documentation, standards, and governance across application and project landscapes.
Establish and enforce processes that ensure repeatable, high-quality outcomes across IT initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, translating technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise applications and project portfolios.
Experience designing and configuring enterprise applications with a focus on operational excellence and IT best practices.
Proven ability to drive projects to completion, managing competing priorities with focus and discipline.
Hands-on expertise with application lifecycle management, business process design, and enterprise integration.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and SDLC.
Excellent delegation, mentoring, and communication skills; ability to simplify complex topics for business leaders.
Experience managing vendor relationships and SaaS solutions is a plus.
PMP, ITIL, or similar certifications preferred.

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 base salary plus 10% annual bonus.
