What you'll do...
As the Senior Director of Advertising Sales – Food , you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth across Walmart’s Food vertical. You will:
Own the sales strategy and execution for key Food advertisers, ensuring alignment with Walmart Connects broader goals.
Lead and develop a team of sales leaders, account managers, and campaign strategists to scale advertiser success.
Build deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders at major food brands, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Drive innovation by identifying new advertising opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics).
Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
Represent Walmart Connect at industry events and in key markets such as NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco.
Who You Are
A seasoned sales executive with experience in digital advertising, preferably in Food.
Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams , with a history as a second or third line people manager.
Deep understanding of programmatic, search, display, video, and integrated sponsorships .
Strong consultative selling skills and experience working with C-level executives.
Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and collaborating across departments.
Passionate about data-driven marketing and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience in retail media networks or working with large retailers.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
