Clinical Leadership Opportunity The Clinical Manager is responsible for the direction of clinical services in Women's Services. Working closely with the Director and Medical Staff leadership, this role focuses on developing, implementing, and maintaining clinical and educational programs that enhance the quality of care and achieve high levels of patient and provider satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical services and patient outcomes. Foster a collaborative environment among interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care. Maintain a culture of excellence in nursing practice, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with medical staff members and leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care. Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent experience. R.N. licensure in good standing, with current New Mexico State license. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate others as individuals and as a team. Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical roles in women's services or pediatrics, with two years' progressive management experience. Nature of Supervision and Environment: This role reports to the Chief Nurse Executive and works in a clean, well-lighted, ventilated smoke-free environment. Subject to stressful professional relationships, with working hours varying due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.
