The Role and What You’ll Do: 160over90’s Senior Account Executives are expected not to ask for solutions, but provide them through your own expertise, your research and the support of your colleagues and management team. The Senior Account Executive, Experiential will support one of 160over90’s key accounts and all their exciting experiential efforts around the FIFA World Cup 26TM. The Senior Account Executive will be a key contributor to the planning, coordination and bringing to life experiential marketing activations at FIFA Fan FestivalTM 2026 across multiple Host Cities for the duration of the FIFA World Cup 26TM. This role will ensure our clients receive superior service while motivating a team of professionals to achieve sustainable results. Our ideal candidate is a demonstrated leader that understands how to drive strategy across the holistic consumer journey but focusing on the event marketing landscape (e.g. events, mobile tours, hospitality, large productions, etc.), ultimately to drive conversion. This individual will be responsible for engagement across a large client and have a proven success rate across programs, while being part of a cross functional team and client projects. The best candidate for the Senior Account Executive - Experiential position must have direct experience in the experiential marketing industry, but also knowledge of delivering digital, mobile and social elements within this landscape. Our desired candidate is a trusted and highly collaborative thought leader that can work cross-functionally in a large network organization with a variety of people and work styles. Strong management of communication with clients, internal teams, partners and vendors Experience working with planning tools and routines, including project timelines, budget tracking, logistics schedules, event specs, meeting agendas, notes, etc. Ownership of key objectives and activation planning for assigned programs, in conjunction with client and project team A self-starter, highly organized, knowledge hungry and able to work well with employees at all levels of the organization Working knowledge of experiential marketing / VIP hospitality events beyond basic knowledge and “how to” and ability to speak and strategize on staffing, training, logistics, execution and measurement Frequent collaboration with other internal teams including strategy, creative, digital, video and event production Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with clients and partners, as well as all internal team members and departments Develop and actively manage vendor relationships to ensure best available resources and solutions to meet client objectives and budget Meet and exceed expectations for client service goals and program success metrics Maintain complete and updated program files with all project details and event information Vetting and managing talent for various promotional event appearances Prioritize, meet deadlines, report on key deliverables and show sound decision making You Have These: 3 - 5 years of related experience in experiential marketing and/or hospitality Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience Excellent verbal and written communication Project management skills with a high-level attention to detail & ability to multi-task Knowledge of our industry, services, clients and competitors highly preferred Experience and knowledge working in sport, preference for golf-specific experience Microsoft Office proficient Willing and able to navigate nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as necessary Preference for a creative, forward-thinker Must have professional appearance and persona Strong work ethic and a positive, solution-oriented approach Career minded and seeking long-term employment with growth opportunities Prior agency experience is highly preferred Don’t meet every single requirement?
