Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, drivers, and visitors by following established security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help to identify suspicious activity, unsecured doors, and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor and control access at gates, docks, and entrances by verifying identification, managing visitor and vendor check-in, and directing traffic and/or parking flow as needed.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation, coordinating with site contacts, and contacting local authorities and/or Allied Universal leadership when required.; Complete detailed reports and logs, document patrol findings and incidents, and communicate status updates using radios, phones, and/or site systems.
