Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors and staff by following assigned access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through the proper channels.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and support security-related operations.; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and public-facing areas, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization when directed and documenting activity per post orders.; Complete routine security-related documentation such as shift logs, incident reports, and patrol reports, and communicate updates to supervisors and/or site representatives.
