Responsibilities: • Evaluate market trends to determine pricing to balance costs, competition, and supply and demand • Produce accurate sales reports that include marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing strategies • Generate new business while also increasing customer loyalty by cultivating long-term relations with patrons • Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance • Utilize marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other techniques to continuously seek new business Qualifications: • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices • Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel • Must have a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or hospitality • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably with some experience in a sales management role • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly •
