Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities with enterprise clients (SaaS, software, or tech solutions). Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Lead, mentor, and collaborate with sales teams to align efforts with company goals. Cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the technology sector. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Requirements: 5+ years of sales leadership experience in technology (SaaS, software, IT services, or related fields). Proven ability to close large-scale deals and consistently exceed quotas. Strong network within enterprise technology or related industries. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales growth. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Base Salary: $180K+ (commensurate with experience) On-Target Earnings: $250K+ (uncapped commission potential) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
