Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Job description

Kalibri is seeking an Enterprise Account Director who will strengthen commercial relationships with our largest customers such as Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Aimbridge, and others. The role requires a strong background in multiple product lines, complex enterprise sales, excellent leadership, and a passion for helping clients succeed. You will work with commercial, marketing, account management, client support, and product teams to win new business, grow existing accounts, and drive value for clients.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Across Verticals: Leverage data to sell products across all verticals (owners, groups, brands, management companies).
- Drive Sales Across Product Lines & Custom Solutions: Recommend existing products or custom data solutions for each customer’s use-case.
- Data Set Expertise: Become a subject-matter-expert in complex data sets.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Execute all aspects of the sales capture strategy from needs assessment to closing deals.
- New Opportunities and Renewals: Secure new sales opportunities and assist with renewals for existing customers.
- Proposal Development: Develop proposals, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and deliver remote or in-person presentations and demonstrations.
- Customer Meetings & Industry Forums: Represent Kalibri at customer meetings and relevant industry forums as needed.
- Collaborate to Drive Customer Experience: Work with solutions engineering, marketing, account management, client engagement, customer support, and product teams to support opportunities.
- Customer Evangelism and Competitive Intelligence: Share client feedback and competitive insights with the appropriate teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell features and services with the enterprise account management team.
- Collaboration and Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and continuously improve sales processes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in progressive sales roles in startups or SaaS/DaaS within hospitality, SaaS, or data services.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quota and closing complex sales in a consultative manner.
- Experience in full-cycle sales across a portfolio of data, hospitality, and subscription products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage property leaders and C-suite executives.
- Ability to build account plans and manage multiple relationships over time.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and its stakeholders, processes, and challenges.
- Ability to travel 25% domestically.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
