This role will manage an established distributor network and play a key role in expanding market presence. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sales leadership experience, particularly in technical product sales, and a proven ability to build and grow distributor relationships. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and expand market reach. Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to exceed targets. Identify and pursue new markets, customer segments, and distribution opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Support distributors and end users with post-warranty product issues. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activity to guide strategy. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to align goals. Report on sales performance and market insights to senior leadership. Manage the sales budget and maximize return on investment. Stay current on industry trends and regulatory developments. Champion a culture of professionalism, customer focus, and integrity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of sales leadership in manufacturing or ITAR compliant product sectors. Sales / OEM Engineering background highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strategic and analytical mindset with CRM proficiency. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and compliance standards. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
