Sales Director About Us Home Care Help is a trusted and reputable in-home care company providing high-quality, customized caregiving services to seniors, adults, children, and individuals with developmental & intellectual disabilities. Position Purpose The Sales Director is responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining referral relationships, and assisting families in making informed care decisions. Responsibilities include relationship marketing and assessing client needs through phone consultations, virtual tours, and on-site visits. Job Classification Full-Time, Salary Supervision Exercised Provides supervision over assigned staff and authority to delegate responsibilities as needed.. Key Responsibilities Design and implement a Home Care Marketing Action Plan; track results in HubSpot software. Achieve monthly targets: 5 net new private duty clients and 2 net new regional center clients. Promote and offer 1:1 Care Services for new move-ins and existing residents at Glen Park Communities. Serve as the primary liaison between families and the Company. Attend Regional Center Vendor Advisory Committee Meetings (Zoom or in-person) to develop relationships and secure referrals. Send monthly outreach emails to referral sources, including placement committee chairs, service coordinators, and community associations. Collaborate with Recruitment and Retention Coordinators, BCBA professionals, and DSP programs to create registries of specialized caregivers. Build partnerships with schools and organizations to source and train caregivers. Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality standards in all client interactions. Handle referrals, inquiries, documentation, and follow-up on pending leads. Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information. Support caregiver recognition and retention initiatives. Report complaints, concerns, or suspected abuse in accordance with company policy. Participate in on-call duties for evenings and weekends, as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 60 college units with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, home care, or related field (or equivalent combination of education/experience). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Strong oral and written communication skills; professional and diplomatic demeanor. Ability to remain flexible, resilient, and calm under pressure. Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills; able to work independently. Commitment to client service excellence and relationship-building. Must maintain good physical and mental health, including current TB test and health screening. DOJ/FBI Live Scan fingerprint clearance required. Full COVID-19 vaccination required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
