We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Intelligent Document Automation Sales Director to lead enterprise-level growth efforts with both new and existing clients. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for creating demand, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving large, complex deals from concept to close. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of selling BPO, ECM, BPM, RPA, or intelligent automation solutions into Fortune 1000 and mid-market enterprises — and thrives in a consultative, solution-oriented sales environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive Enterprise Growth. Lead the full sales lifecycle from pipeline generation through deal closure, including prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • New Logo Acquisition. Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, expanding our footprint across key verticals and strategic accounts.
  • Pipeline Development. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, social selling, and relationship development.
  • Consultative Selling. Engage at the C-suite and senior stakeholder level to uncover business needs, align solutions to strategic objectives, and demonstrate clear ROI and business outcomes.
  • Strategic Collaboration. Partner closely with internal teams, including operations, delivery, professional services, and finance, to ensure solution alignment and smooth execution of deals.
  • Value Articulation & Negotiation. Clearly communicate the differentiated value of our offerings, structure complex deals, and negotiate contracts that meet revenue, margin, and client satisfaction goals.
  • Market Intelligence. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to position the company as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in BPO, ECM, BPM, RPA, content services, or intelligent automation solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in a complex, long-cycle, consultative sales environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives, intelligent document processing, and workflow automation.
  • Demonstrated success selling to C-level and senior enterprise decision-makers and navigating complex procurement processes.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience managing pipeline and forecast accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
