We are looking to hire a dedicated Sales Director to join our team who will support our Sales Department.

Summary of position:

The Sales Director is responsible for increasing sales of component repair services across assigned customers in the US and Canada. This role requires strong negotiation skills, contract management, quick response to customer needs, and effective coordination with multiple internal departments. The position demands market knowledge, organization, assertiveness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while traveling 50% of the time.


Minimum skills required

  • Marketing Degree or 10+ years of component repair sales experience (US Domestic/Cargo).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (including Pivot Tables).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with all Barfield departments.
  • Ability to process information quickly and accurately.
  • Strong follow-up skills and discipline.
  • Ability to maintain Expense Reports, Trip Reports, and Weekly Reports.
  • Fluent in English.


Job requirements

  • Increase business with Legacy Airlines, Regional Airlines, and Brokers.
  • Position based in Miami, Florida.
  • Build customer relationships, meet sales goals, and develop strategies.
  • Travel 50% of the time within the US.
  • Prepare pre‑trip objectives, strategies, presentations, and customer activity analyses.
  • Debrief departments after visits with action plans and timelines.
  • Produce Expense and Trip Reports summarizing discussions and next steps.
  • Provide weekly sales updates on urgent accounts, RFPs, or items requiring review.
