We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Sales Director – Walmart to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across Walmart’s brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels. This role requires a visionary leader who can build strong partnerships, align cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities: Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales and long-term business strategies; oversee annual and quarterly joint business plans. Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to Walmart and internal teams; lead enterprise-level negotiations; maintain senior-level relationships. Financial & Data Oversight: Manage budgets, pricing, promotions, and profitability levers; leverage analytics to drive decisions and business storytelling. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team; drive cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, and product management; identify process improvements for operational efficiency. Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitors to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or related roles with large retail accounts. Strong background working with Walmart or within the broader consumer goods/retail industry. Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities. Strong analytical skills and business acumen to translate data into strategic insights. Deep understanding of Walmart’s business model, retail dynamics, and shopper behavior. Proficiency in Excel, CRM, and retail analytics platforms.
