What you’ll be doing The Sales Director is responsible for driving growth and managing relationships with key retail partners for all consumer brands. This role will develop and execute an omnichannel sales strategy, oversee account performance, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to maximize revenue, market share, and profitability across digital channels.
Responsibilities ·      Develop and execute strategic sales plans for all current and new accounts, aligning with company goals. ·      Manage relationships with major online retailers, marketplaces, sales reps, and direct-to-consumer platforms. ·      Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and partnership agreements to optimize revenue and margins. ·      Monitor account performance, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to improve results. ·      Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop campaigns, product launches, and promotional strategies tailored to online channels. ·      Track KPIs, sales metrics, and performance dashboards to inform leadership and guide decision-making. ·      Identify new e-commerce opportunities, emerging platforms, and potential partnerships to expand digital presence. ·      Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on e-commerce accounts. ·      Ensure proper communication and alignment with supply chain, operations, and finance to meet customer needs and operational goals.
Qualifications & Skills ·      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. ·     8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years managing e-commerce accounts or digital sales channels. ·      Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in e-commerce. ·      Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills. ·      Knowledge of online retail platforms (Amazon, Walmart.com, Shopify, etc.) and e-commerce trends. ·      Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams. ·      Proficiency with CRM systems, sales analytics, and Microsoft Excel. ·      Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
