About the Opportunity
Ashton North is partnering with our client, a leader in modular manufacturing, to find a results-driven Sales Director who will lead revenue growth and market expansion. This is a pivotal leadership role, ideal for someone who knows how to build high-performing sales teams, create winning go-to-market strategies, and drive relationships that translate into measurable results.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
Identify and win new business across high-value sectors including government, education, and commercial projects.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance business development team with clear KPIs and growth paths.
Partner with marketing to boost lead generation, event presence, and brand visibility.
Work cross-functionally with operations, estimating, project management, and engineering to ensure commitments match capabilities.
Maintain a sharp understanding of competitors, market trends, and client needs to keep the business ahead.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
3–5+ years in sales management , with at least 3 years in a leadership role within modular construction, prefabrication, or commercial/industrial building systems .
Proven track record of growing revenue and leading teams in technical or construction environments.
Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
Familiarity with Procore and/or NetSuite is a plus.
Salary and total compensation package will be determined based on prior experience and proven results.
