With a collaborative, high-energy culture, we're looking for leaders who thrive in growth environments and can deliver results fast.   Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and high-performing  Director of Sales  to lead multiple inside sales teams focused on both inbound and outbound lead generation. This is a key leadership role responsible for achieving revenue goals, mentoring frontline sales managers, and optimizing sales processes. You’ll be joining a high-growth startup environment with the autonomy to make a tangible impact.   Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage 3–5 Inside Sales Managers and their teams to consistently achieve quota. Drive performance through effective sales coaching, KPI tracking, and operational discipline. Collaborate with the VP of Sales on GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and revenue forecasting. Build scalable sales processes and continuously refine workflows to drive efficiency and conversion rates. Manage client performance expectations and align team execution with key account strategies. Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent, ensuring strong succession planning. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in high-growth or startup environments. 2+ years of sales management experience; experience managing managers is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales tech stacks. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Track record of leading quota-carrying teams to exceed targets.
