Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners Develop seasonal sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans in collaboration with merchandising, planning, and design teams. Oversee account management, ensuring timely order fulfillment, margin targets, and alignment with retailer requirements. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution while protecting brand positioning. Analyze sales performance, consumer trends, and competitive landscape to guide business decisions. Qualifications: 8+ years of sales leadership experience in apparel or fashion, with proven success in department store and off-price channels. Strong relationships and working knowledge of major retailers, especially within the women’s apparel market. Demonstrated ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales growth while balancing profitability and brand integrity. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a collaborative, results-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills
