What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver against a sales quota to generate revenue and improve energy solutions for customers
- Prospect, present proposals, negotiate, and successfully close business deals
- Report all sales activities through the employer's CRM systems
- Continuously seek ways to enhance company operations and processes
- Build and nurture relationships with large commercial, institutional, and industrial customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Located in the Chicago, DC, Pittsburgh, or Columbus area
- 3-10 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Ability to develop, negotiate, and close customized deals effectively
- Exceptional communication skills in person, in writing, and during presentations
- Strong technology aptitude with the capacity to convey complex information to diverse audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within energy markets is a plus
- Proficiency with tools such as PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Google Suite
- Passion for networking and building rapport with potential clients
- Commitment to giving and receiving constructive feedback for organizational improvement
