Sales Director - Origin Cargo Management

Position Summary
The OCM Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding business opportunities with multinational clients focused on origin cargo management solutions. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, an in-depth understanding of international logistics workflows, and hands-on expertise in the Infor Nexus platform. This individual will work closely with the Solution Design & Deployment, Account Management and IS&S teams to deliver our world class supply chain solution.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients needing origin cargo management and supply chain visibility solutions. Lead end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing. Leverage deep knowledge of the Infor Nexus platform to articulate product capabilities and design solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Solution Design & Deployment and IS&S to deliver seamless client onboarding and success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at global brands, retailers, and manufacturers across varied verticals. Monitor and report on sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance against established KPIs. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in global logistics and supply chain technology. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply chain, IT, or business. Minimum of 10 years' experience with Origin Cargo Management sales. Working advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong multitasking skills and proven ability to shift priorities when necessary Proven ability to adapt to change and support all aspects of the function when needed. 3-5 years of strong expertise with Infor Nexus platform. Strong understanding of origin cargo management processes, supplier collaboration, and vendor compliance. Proven track record in enterprise solution sales, particularly in the OCM space. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex solutions to C-level stakeholders. Strong consultative and strategic selling skills. Performance Indicators: Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth. Pipeline development and conversion rate. Client retention and satisfaction levels. Number and scale of Channel Partner engagements/conversions. Contribution to innovation and thought leadership in origin PO management.
