Role Summary
We are seeking top tier candidates to join our team as it strives to achieve its vision of developing innovative medications to transform the lives of patients. The Sales Director is a key member of the sales leadership team and will oversee their region, leading, coaching, and developing our existing sales teams. The Sales Director will work closely with commercial leadership, marketing, marketing analytics, market access, patient advocacy, and medical affairs to ensure alignment and to meet corporate objectives. This position reports to the V.P. of Sales.
The Sales Director and team of Senior Oncology Consultants will sell VORANIGO® (vorasidenib) for use in grade 2 glioma patients with an IDH1 or IDH2 mutation following surgery, and Tibsovo® (ivosidenib), as a second‑line treatment for patients with previously treated IDH1‑mutated cholangiocarcinoma.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct management of 8 Senior Oncology Consultants
Jointly develop sales direction, strategy and SOPs that will enable effective and compliant interactions with healthcare providers
Develop relationships with key customers and continue to build knowledge of the hematology marketplace
Work closely with and coach sales specialists in the field, helping to maximize sales achievement through compliant interactions with customers
Lead regional team including recruiting and developing exceptional sales specialists
Develop a motivating work environment through effective coaching, professional development, and recognition enabling the sales specialists to exceed expectations
Provide team leadership grounded in Servier values and consistent with the culture of the organization
Routinely work with sales specialists providing performance feedback and coach for improvement on a timely basis
Ensure appropriate and compliant utilization of approved corporate, promotional, and other resources to facilitate customer engagements
Understand the regulatory environment and comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements
Formulate and direct the implementation of account and business plans, reviewing them routinely with the team to guide activity
Represent Servier positively and professionally at company meetings and conferences, ensuring the region’s activities are compliant with laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines
Develop strong internal and external relationships to enable appropriate, compliant business partnerships
Achieve or exceed sales forecasts and targets, within budget
Facilitate engaging and motivating POAs, launch meetings and region meetings
Perform ad‑hoc projects to support the business as requested
Education and Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree (MBA) a plus
Proven success/oncology sales experience; at least 5 years of oncology/hematology sales, and a total of 8‑10+ years of sales experience
Minimum of 3 years commercial leadership experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals or equivalent experience
At least 2 years hiring and managing or mentoring a high‑performing field‑based team
Ability to lead and offer subject matter expertise within team and greater organization
Experience leading projects or cross‑functional project teams
Results‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Travel and Location
Territory requirement will be an average of 40‑60% based on residence. Occasional weekend travel based on needs within the region.
This position is a remote work position with an assigned region geography. Applicants must live within the East Coast region, specifically from South Carolina to Maine.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $210‑$250k. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short‑Term and Long‑Term incentive programs.
