Sales Director - Integrators and strategic partners Responsibilities Identify and develop relationships with key system integrators, OEMs, and strategic partners Drive sales from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure Develop go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives Lead complex bids, proposals, and solution packaging together with integrators Act as the main liaison for partners, ensuring trust and long-term collaboration Explore new markets and applications for our solutions Prepare quotations, manage contracts, and report on sales forecasts and KPIs Represent the company by presenting papers and leading product demonstrations at key industry events Provide market insights and feedback to refine strategy and product offerings Qualifications At least 5 years of international sales experience within maritime technology Track record of building business with system integrators and strategic partners Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to prepare, deliver, and negotiate complex proposals Applied knowledge of sonar systems and unmanned vehicles, including MCM, CUI, and seabed mapping. Higher technical education (Bachelor or above) or relevant naval operational background Good communication and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM platforms (MS CRM, Salesforce, PartnerStack or similar) Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong cultural awareness T ravel internationally to meet partners and attend industry events You are able to Take initiative, deliver results, and carry responsibility Work independently and in teams, building trust and strong collaboration Build and leverage a professional network to achieve goals Communicate clearly, influence others, and create impact Stay structured and positive, while continuously learning and developing This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
