We’re hiring a Sales Director for the Central Region to own and grow our presence across multiple channels:

natural grocery, conventional retail, specialty, and on-premise accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who’s both strategic and tactical (out in the market closing deals) —ready to open new doors, deepen relationships, and drive sell-through across a diverse and dynamic territory.  You’ll report to the COO and serve as De Soi’s frontline brand builder in the region. Expect to roll up your sleeves in the field, get face time with key buyers and distributor reps, and help shape the future of non-alcoholic celebration. This role must be located in the central region, ideally in Chicago, Dallas or Houston. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Manage and grow all sales activity within the Central region, hitting revenue and velocity goals Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and brokers to drive execution Secure new points of distribution across all relevant channels Activate in-store promotions, new item launches, and off-shelf placements Lead trainings and ride-alongs with distributor teams Maintain a regular and strategic travel schedule across your region Provide recaps, updates, and forecasts based on field performance and insights Represent De Soi at tastings, trade shows, and market-level events Collaborate cross-functionally to share feedback and align on marketing, ops, and supply chain needs   ABOUT YOU: 5+ years of food/beverage sales experience Strong working knowledge of distributor networks and retailer dynamics in Central U.S. markets Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who thrives in an autonomous, field-based role Data-informed and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and markets Must be based in the Central Time Zone (ideally Chicago, Dallas, or Houston) Willing to travel regularly throughout the region Powered by JazzHR
