LCB Senior Living is seeking a Sales Director for The Residence at Ferry Park in Rocky Hill, CT. As Sales and Marketing Director, you will work with potential families to educate them on LCB offerings and guide them in decision-making to choose an LCB community as their new home. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, confidence, persistence, relationship-building skills, and expertise in problem-solving, strategic planning, and execution. Key responsibilities include: Supporting potential families in exploring senior living options and educating them about LCB offerings to assist in choosing the community Achieving quarterly sales targets through effective execution and pipeline management Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and professionals via a strong lead base and CRM management Marketing LCB's differentiators to the general market and industry professionals, developing and articulating a strong value proposition Developing professional relationships in the target market to generate qualified referrals LCB's Non-Discrimination Policy: LCB, including its managed care communities, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
