What You’ll Do:
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll play a critical role in our success by:
Achieving and exceeding sales and marketing goals.
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Leading community outreach efforts and coordinating events (both virtual and in-person).
Creating and implementing a strategic sales and marketing plan.
Managing and leveraging a CRM database to track leads and conversions.
Providing community tours and showcasing the unique benefits of St. Clare Commons.
Training staff in exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Bring:
A  bachelor’s degree  (preferred) or equivalent experience.
At least  two years of proven professional sales experience  with a track record of success.
High energy, passion for serving seniors, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with  Enquire Solutions CRM  (preferred, but not required).
