Position: Associate Director of NursingLocation: Brooklyn, NYPay Rate: $75/hrSchedule: Days 5x8 8a-4p or 7a-3p Shift Possible weekendsDuties:•Plans, implements, and evaluates all clinical care services provided by the unit, as well as all associated administrative operations and activities•Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, employs, trains, supervises, and evaluates unit staff•Reviews, establishes, and maintains patient care protocol s and standards, ensuring that all federal and state policies, regulations, and guidelines for patient care are met•Establishes and coordinates quality improvement, safety, and infection control programs•Oversees the overall operations of the unit (s) reporting to this positionRequirements:•Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience and minimum three (3) years administrative experience•Must have minimum two (2) years of Infection Control or Quality Improvement experience.•Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required.•Licensed Registered Nurse required.
