Key Responsibilities: Supervise, mentor, and support Memory Care and Resident Care Assistants Manage resident assessments, admissions, and individualized care plans Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with state standards Communicate with families regarding resident needs, health changes, and incidents Coordinate pharmacy deliveries, audits, and medication systems Requirements (Must-Haves): Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts Proven experience supervising staff in a healthcare or senior living environment Strong knowledge of Massachusetts assisted living regulations Proficiency using MS Office and documenting/tracking resident care Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves): Background in dementia or memory care (certification preferred) Experience working with residents who have complex care needs Demonstrated success in coaching, staff development, or performance improvement
