Director of Health Services (RN) – $10K Retention Bonus

** Avamere at Chestnut Lane - 1219 NE 6th St, Gresham, OR 97030 Full-Time, Day Shift Monday-Friday with minimal on-call need! $100,000–$110,000/year (DOE) + $10K retention bonus paid out quarterly over the first year.

Responsibilities/What You’ll **

Guide and support your care team with strong clinical oversight and mentorship Conduct resident assessments (admissions, condition changes, etc.) and ensure accurate documentation using PointClickCare (EMR) Review physician orders and daily reports to maintain high-quality care Oversee medication administration and treatment plans Partner with the TA team to recruit, hire, and onboard clinical staff Lead the charge during state and federal surveys — and help implement solutions Stay sharp and compliant with ongoing training and licensure requirements

Qualifications/What You * Current, unencumbered RN license in Oregon Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and development A deep commitment to delivering compassionate, person-centered care
