Overview:

Role Summary:

As the Director of Emergency Services, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care in the Emergency Department. You will oversee staffing, clinical operations, forecasting, and budgeting, while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence. You will implement evidence-based practices, champion patient safety, and lead initiatives to enhance the patient and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Emergency Department with a focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability among physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to elevate patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budget performance, staffing levels, and cost control initiatives.
• Mentor, develop, and retain top talent in emergency care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing required; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of applicable leadership experience (3+ preferred).
• Proven track record in leading emergency services and achieving quality outcomes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
