About the RN Director, Emergency (ER) Position: Primary responsibilities will include the strategic and visionary oversight of the department, building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership and physicians, maintaining and improving key performance indicators, serving as a mentor to the nursing team, and ensuring the highest level of patient care is provided consistently.
