Schedule:Full-time, Monday–Friday Towson Surgical Center is a leading AAAHC-accredited outpatient facility specializing in ENT, gynecology, oral surgery, podiatry, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, and general surgery. We are seeking a dedicatedRN / Center Directorto oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations and nursing staff. Collaborate with medical directors, board members, and leadership. Oversee credentialing, HR functions, and vendor services. Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Monitor budgets and promote cost-effective resource use. Qualifications Active RN license. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of healthcare management experience. 1+ year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). CPR and ACLS certifications. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Smartsheet. Ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment. BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
