Overview RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Muskegon Join to apply for the RN Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Muskegon role at Optalis Health & Rehabilitation Centers Location: 1061 West Hackley Ave. Muskegon, MI 49441 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team at our facility in Muskegon, MI. The ADON will work closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee and coordinate the nursing staff and patient care services. Responsibilities include assisting with staff training and development, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and maintaining high quality patient care.

Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and supervising nursing staff

Provide leadership and support to nursing team members

Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards related to patient care

Assist with staff training, development, and performance evaluations

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure high standards of patient care

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Michigan

Previous experience in a nursing leadership role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of regulations and standards related to patient care

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
